The opportunity

Houston is primed for autonomous transportation

Houston is the 4th largest US metro with 7M+ residents, sprawling geography averaging 8–12 mile trips, and car-dependency making it the ideal AV market. While Waymo recently entered Houston with a geofenced sedan fleet, IGO's strategy is purpose-built around Tesla's Cybercab platform — the first fully autonomous vehicle designed from the ground up for fleet operations, built right here at Gigafactory Texas.

Texas has created the clearest regulatory path for commercial AV operations in the US. SB 2807 (effective Sept 2025) explicitly permits driverless operation and preempts local restrictions. IGO is on track to be the first Tesla Cybercab fleet operator in Houston.

★

Owned operational hub — zero lease cost

The Bell Tower on 34th (901 W. 34th, Houston) serves as IGO's fleet staging, charging, and maintenance hub. Owner-occupied — eliminates the #1 cost barrier for fleet operators in urban markets.

●

Texas AV regulation — clearest path in the US

SB 2807 (2025) created a commercial authorization framework via TxDMV. Texas law explicitly permits driverless AV operation and preempts local government restrictions.

↑

Capital-efficient launch model

Tesla lease financing at ~$550/vehicle/month + $250K unsecured LOC (Gulf Capital Bank) enables a 10-vehicle launch for ~$50K in startup capital. No warehouse, no garage, no staff required at launch.

▲

Dual revenue strategy

Primary: Tesla Network revenue-share (immediate income, no customer acquisition). Secondary: corporate accounts, IAH/Hobby airport routes, and event shuttle contracts as fleet scales.
